Through our recent “Physician Referral” initiative, we received heartfelt nominations from people just like you, shining a spotlight on the healthcare professionals across Windsor and Essex County who have made the biggest difference in their patients’ care.

When you see a family physician or nurse practitioner, you count on them to help you navigate complex health issues.  

Michel Boudreau, NP, at the Essex County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic in Amherstburg, stood out in your nominations for always making time and ensuring every next step in care is handled thoughtfully. 

As one patient put it, he “always [has] time for us and [makes] sure we get sent for any tests or necessary scans or appointments with specialists.” When your practitioner is attentive to your needs and follows through on next steps, you can rest assured that your health journey will be guided with diligence and care.
